From the house, south of the border, a 1hr 40min drive.
Saturday saw rains for most of the day, but on Sunday clear skies and for the most part the course had dried.
The Montreal Skeet Club and Challenger Shells are considered one in the same in this part of the world and both my wife and I were provided Challenger shells for the shoot.
Club owner Elie Zarife had taken the next step in regard to target presentations.
The best seen in recent memory!
Those who attended shoots in the past did not recognized the course.
Good job Elie....
Thanks to Fernando Pereira for taking the time to attend the shoot. He was hopping on a plane that very evening to visit and attend a clay target shoot in Portugal. He promised me photos from the shoot upon his return. Something for all of us to look forward to.
Several skeet shooters also stopped by to say hello!
At the end of the day Elie presented me a Commemorative knife and case provided by Browning Canada.
A cash donation to the Lost Target was also presented.
Thanks to Elie, the staff at the Montreal Skeet Club, Browning Canada, and shooters for taking the time to recognize my support of the clay target sports in Quebec and Canada through my network of Lost Target websites and posted pages of shoot photographs and guidance provided for crossing the border with firearms and other information relative to the shooting sports.
