Cabin Fever Open Sporting Clays @ Underhill

Except for 5 minutes of rain during the third rotation, a pleasant day.

If you have been following my past postings, the Underhill Club (Vermont), is a three field skeet club that also offers trap and 5-stand.  With 5-stand only shot on Tuesday (after 3pm) during the warm weather months.

Twice a year the club puts on a 100 target NSCA sporting clays shoot using the three fields and adjacent property.  The club is sectioned off into five parcours (think FITASC) with three or four shooting stations within each.

Targets thrown are for the most part the same as you would see at any sporting clays course, with the exception of long (at a distance) crossing birds.

SHOOT PHOTOS

A nice turnout to include a handful of hunter class (non NSCA) shooters.

The next sporting clays shoot held at the club will be Sept 14, 2013.
